Want More Credit Union Growth?

We didn't think so! Our banking industry trade associations are inviting bankers to write to the National Credit Union Administration to oppose a proposed rule that would expand the field of membership requirements of multiple common bond credit unions.

According to the ABA: "The proposed rule would expand the definition of 'service facility' and erase the distinction between service to select groups and service to underserved areas as delineated in the Federal Credit Union Act, undermining congressional intent to demand a heightened standard of in-person service for underserved communities.

Harden Your Cyber-Defense
by Reducing Your Attack Surface
Defense strategists for millennia have relied on a straightforward tactic to create advantage against invaders: reduce the attack surface. That is, limit the number of different points where an enemy can potentially gain entry to attack.

Those same principles hold today when it comes to protecting your bank’s technology and data from the escalating barrage of cyberattacks.

PAID for by Friends of Traditional Banking. NOT authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

Friends of Traditional Banking is a non-partisan grassroots effort organized by bankers in 2012 to improve the political and regulatory environment for the traditional banking industry in the U.S. FOTB is the inverse of a PAC--instead of spreading a little bit of money to a lot of campaigns, they focus a lot of money on a couple of key campaigns.
